Just returned from a weeks stay at a gem of a hotel in Puerto Del Carmen. The complex exceeded all expectations! Had an issue with our original room but it was quickly sorted by one of the nicest receptionists I have ever met. The

The pool area was lovely, with plenty of loungers and a peaceful atmosphere. The staff at the poolside bar were friendly and the drinks were reasonably priced. The breakfast buffet had a good variety of options to choose from.
